I have been going to Brookhaven Farmer's Market for quite a while. I am so glad I tried this oil. I absolutely love it. I use it on most everything I cook. I will be back again on Saturday to buy more. Delicious.
The garlic infused oil is great for sauteed vegetables or shrimp. The high quality olive oil is wonderful for daily use.

The garlic olive oil is fantastic with lots of flavor but no bitterness. It’s so convenient and doesn’t lose its pungency over time. But then again, I go through it quickly! It is great in so many dishes.
