Best uses – Include marinades for pork or beef or as a finishing vinegar over ice cream, pound cake, peaches or fruit salads. May also be used in bourbon or rye cocktails where a subtle acidity similar to a Shrub is desired.
Suggested pairings - Blood Orange, Lemon
Description - This dark balsamic vinegar will have you thinking of strawberry muffins or pancakes. It has a subtle sweetness yet the typical tart acidity of balsamic vinegar.

I took their advice and put in on grilled peaches. Excellent and highly recommended.
This is EXCEPTIONAL in a summer salad with apples, pears, walnuts, arugula, spinach, and fontina!
The suggestions here are great! Any salad with a bit of fruit in it pairs well with the wonderful flavor of this vinegar.
