Healthy Dinner Ideas With Grain Bowls, March 28th



Are you a meal planner, or want to eat healthier, but sometimes feel uninspired? "Grain bowls" are balanced, easy, one-bowl meals that can be switched up every day. Learn how to make a fresh, tasty, nutritious, lunch from what you have on hand and what you can pick up at Strippaggio. Chef Corinne teaches you how to cook healthy grains that taste good, how to prepare different protein/veggie combos, and how to make the garnishes and sauces that bring the whole dish together.  Learn to make:

  • Farro, poached egg, kale salad with pecans, fruit preserve and mustard vinaigrette
  • Quinoa, cauliflower and tandoori roasted chickpeas, with lemon olive oil tahini dressing and pickled vegetables
  • Brown rice, teriyaki roasted chicken, mushrooms and Bok choy with soy sauce herb vinaigrette

Feel free to bring your favorite beverages.  We have stem and glass ware.
