Take your meals from boring and bland to delicious and nutritious with these 5 simple sauces. Participants will learn to make 5 different sauces that when paired with other ingredients like pasta, fish, chicken or vegetables will make their meals ‘pop’. The demonstration will start with a basic basil pesto and a balsamic mustard sauce. We will then move to a Pistachio Salsa Verde, an Herbed Lime Dressing and finally a Pea Puree. All are gluten free. Each sauce uses simple, fresh ingredients that are easy to find and feature a Strippagio Olive Oil or Balsamic Vinegar.
