International Flavors Cooking Class, March 12th



International Flavors will be the theme of our first class of the year. Chef Michelle Skalka of Clean Plate Club Atl will be demonstrating several vinaigrettes and sauces with flavors from the Mediterranean, Middle East and Far East.

  • Hoisin Sauce
  • Toasted Spice Vinaigrette
  • Tzatziki
  • Roasted Red Pepper Relish
  • Lemongrass Dipping Sauce
  • Balsamic Tasting Bar for dessert.

Cancellation Policy: To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be made 48 hours or more before the class date and time. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class date and time.
