Sierra, harvested from decades-old trees in the Sierra foothills, is lusty and pleasingly assertive. With grassy overtones, Sierra is an ideal complement to earthy dishes, such as soups, stews and pasta sauces, and is the perfect finish for all grilled foods.

Sierra is based on Mission olive from Apollo's oldest trees, blended with some uncommon Italian and Spanish varieties from our smaller orchards. This blend has been consistently highly esteemed, especially in Europe.
