Fig Balsamic Vinegar



Tart with a hint of sweetness is the perfect balance in this delicious balsamic vinegar. The dark base has concentrated fresh fig fruit added which yields a jammy, rich vinegar. Its many applications include use in meat marinades, salads, sandwiches, and pizza, and our favorite…..drizzled over fresh sliced figs and goat cheese. Pairs well with our rosemary or lemon fused olive oils in addition to our Ascolano, Cook’s Blend, and Harmony Blend extra virgin olive oils.
