Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar



This dark balsamic vinegar will have you thinking of blueberry muffins or pancakes. It has a subtle sweetness yet  the typical tart acidity of balsamic vinegar. Best uses include in marinades for pork or beef or as a finishing vinegar over ice cream or fruit salads. May also be used in bourbon or rye cocktails where a subtle acidity similar to a Shrub is desired.
